New background and layout

Various commenters on other blogs decried the existence of light text on a dark background and I pretty much agree with them. Dark text on light is how I do my Powerpoint presentations these days. So I changed canned layouts in Blogger (the new one is called "jellyfish" for unknown reasons). Hopefully easier on the eyes for all.
