Singapore Rice Noodles of the Month


From the Far East Kitchen in Miller Place, NY. A somewhat drier version than Sung Wo, with less curry. The curry has a more particulate texture. Veggies are somewhat more prominent. Overall, a fine Singapore Chow Mei Fun.

There have only been two so far. When a few more accumulate, I might set up the SCMF reviews in their own place (gotta figure out how to do that).
